Fancore creates, tests and scales bold brands with a startup mindset and both feet in the real economy.
Good businesses aren't born ready. They're born tested.
What we refuse to accept
The market is full of big promises and small delivery. Fancore exists to fight amateurism. We work like a startup in the real economy: test fast, learn fast and scale fast, with method.
Boldness with safety
“Test fast” and “bold brands” happen inside Fancore, with our money and our operation. By the time a brand reaches a franchisee, the experiment phase is over.

Frequently asked questions
Fancore Group is a franchise hub from Londrina, Brazil, founded in 2014 by Pedro Elero and JP Albuquerque. It creates brands, tests each one in a company-owned unit and only then turns the model into a franchise. Its brands are Estica, Six Labs, One Grid, Agrobar and Folks Pub.
It is a company that builds businesses from scratch in order to franchise them. Instead of selling franchises of a ready-made model, it forms the hypothesis, runs the first unit, measures the numbers and only expands what has been proven. Fancore has used this model since 2019.
Each brand spends about 12 months in a company-owned unit before it is offered to franchisees. During that time Fancore measures revenue, margin, customer acquisition cost and payback period, and documents the operation in manuals. What isn't proven doesn't get franchised.
It depends on the brand. Total investment ranges from about R$ 240k for an Estica studio to about R$ 650k for an Agrobar, including build-out and working capital, and about R$ 2.2 million for a Folks Pub. Current figures are in each brand's franchise disclosure document.
No. Fancore was born with Folks Pub, but today it operates in wellness (Estica, assisted stretching), technology (Six Labs, artificial intelligence for companies) and entertainment (One Grid, racing simulators; Agrobar and Folks Pub, bars with live music).
It is the annual gathering of Fancore brand franchisees. The 2026 edition took place September 27–29, with a welcome at headquarters, themed spaces and the Marcas de Impacto Talks stage, featuring talks on management, brand and expansion.
